We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Sales Representative. This role combines firearm sales, customer service, and strict attention to compliance.

You’ll be helping customers make informed purchases, guiding them through the process, and making sure everything is done correctly—no shortcuts.

 

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with firearms, ammo, and accessory selection

• Answer product questions and make recommendations

• Complete paperwork and enter background checks accurately

• Operate POS system and handle transactions

• Recommend add-ons like ammo, optics, and accessories

 

Requirements

• 21+ only

• Comfortable with computers and learning multiple systems

• Basic firearm knowledge preferred (we’ll train on specifics and CA laws)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

• Good communication with both new and experienced customers

• Reliable and punctual

 

Expectations

• Balance sales and customer service—help people, don’t push them

• Follow all laws and store procedures—compliance comes first

• Stay professional in all situations, including denied or delayed transactions

 

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods

• Lifting/moving ammo and firearms

 

Bonus (Not Required)

• Retail or sales experience

• Firearms or outdoor industry experience

• Familiarity with California firearm laws
